asked:
The most common weight loss techniques that have been giving people success in their weight loss battle are pretty simple and practical. You don’t have to burn a whole in your pocket in order to do some of these tips.
Before you start wondering if you are reading correctly, let me assure you that your eyes are not playing tricks on you. It is a myth that skipping meals would help you to lose weight quickly and effectively. Your body would slow down its metabolism when you skip meals, in a bid to conserve energy, hence burning away lesser calories. You end up hungry and yet not achieving the desired weight loss.
You should also adjust your daily food intake. Switch from carbohydrates to proteins. This is important. In other words, reduce your intake of bread, pastas, and sweets. Start focusing on lean proteins, like egg whites, boneless and skinless chicken ******* and fish. What you eat can make a big difference in your body and weight.
One thing that absolutely needs to be included as one of your effective weight loss tips is sufficient daily water intake. Water is not only healthy for you; it also initiates your systems to start losing weight. To introduce this routine into your life is not really that hard. People everywhere these days are already making a habit of carrying a bottle of water with them. You see these people wherever you go, and it has become a habit for them. It can become an easy habit for you too.

Emily Grace asked:
I had a baby 9 weeks ago and i’m working on losing weight. I was a fit person before i got pregnant and worked out regularly. I’ve already started walking and i’ve lost 11 pounds in 4 weeks. I’m just wondering if anyone else out there has had a c-section and what are the best work outs to rebuild abs and lose weight? I’m trying to be realistic and i realize that it’s going to take atleast a couple months.

My son is 18 months almost and I’ve yet to lose any weight since leaving the hospital after a c-section. Can you please give me some plans/ideas that I can do to lose around 40 pounds. Most of this weight is still in my belly, so also, i know losing weight alone isn’t going to make it smaller again. HOw much time should i spend working out in a gym and in what ways?
