What is the fastest possible way to lose weight?
Disclaimer: This is for research I’m doing on nutrition and weight loss, so don’t worry. I’m a healthy person at a good weight.
Now, what would be the fastest way to lose weight? I’m talking like REALLY fast, without taking health into account. Would someone just stop eating altogether? What do anorexic people do to lose like 40 pounds in a month?
Again, save me the disclaimers, please. I know already. I’m not looking for advice or something crazy. Just research.

I need to lose as much weight as possible in a 6-week period for an acting role. I have plenty to lose. I’m probably 60lbs overweight. Any particular exercises or foods that are better than others for rapid weight loss? I realize this isn’t the healthiest thing, but I need to do it anyway.

Its supposed to rain all this week, and we are at that point that it could turn back into snow at any minute. But I really want to lose weight for summer. I’ve been running/walking everyday, but today the rain was just too heavy to even do that. What are exercises I can do indoors to help me lose weight? I want to lose 25 pounds by the middle of June! Also, my house is very old so I can’t really jump around in it, unless I’m down in the basement.
