    I am not from England and it always amazed me that all dieticians and nutritionist in this country advice you to eat some cereal for breakfast, sandwich for lunch and a Big meal in the evening. Which is rubbish. First of all try to eat big meals in the first part of the day and do not eat anything like pasta after 4pm. Russians have a proverb saying : Eat your breakfast yourself, share you lunch with a friend and give you dinner to your enemy. Which means try to eat a good breakfast in the morning, some healthy options like cereal with yoghurt and fruit and juice, or porridge, something that will fill you and give you a boost in the morning. For lunch have proper meal: like chicken with veg, fish with veg, rice and curry or anything you like (not fatty, fried or unhealthy). For dinner have something light: like salad or sandwich (healthy) or steamed veg. Try not to eat after 6 – 7 pm. Never starve. Better eat smaller portions but more often. Snack on apples, special cereal bars, juices. Forget about: fizzy drinks, biscuits as they are not good for you.
    Good thinks that help to loose weight are: green tea, pineapple, grapefruit or anything with vitamin C, be careful with vinegar, as it may burn your stomach, try something natural instead. Like plenty of apples and pineapples.
