go to either the gym, work out at home, eat right and take vitamins but dont listen to the first girl she’s sycho. actually it’s good to eat. if you eat salad’s or food with alot of vitamins it’s said that you can lose weigh. try eating corn flakes or yougurt. it’s good and a healthy meal.

I very much doubt that you are as fat as you think you are! But if you ant to lose some weight to feel better, start jogging, swimming and cycling. All three will burn at off you, as well as toning up muscle. They won’t add muscle mass, so don’t worry, you’re thighs won’t get bigger by doing any of them!!

eat only veggies and fruits and drink a lot of water and protein drink and eat nuts and get a lot of rest too, you bed rest has a lot to do with how you will feel and be while your doing this and then the biggest thing is to walk and workout a lot at lest three time a week for one hour.
i did this and in one week lost 12 pounds and about 3 inch’s of fat and inch’s.
you will love this and might not ever go back to eating meat.
